What insurance pays for

What your homeowners policy typically covers.

Most Arkansas homeowners policies cover sudden, accidental water damage and the restoration work that follows it. That means in most cases, the only money leaving your bank account is your deductible — which is usually $1,000 to $2,500. The full cost of demolition, drying, mold prevention, drywall, paint, flooring, and trim is paid by your carrier directly to us once we submit our scope.

We submit Xactimate-formatted scopes (the industry standard your adjuster expects), coordinate the inspection, document everything with photos and moisture readings, and handle the back-and-forth so you don't become the messenger. You sign the authorization form once. We do the rest.

FAQ

Financing & payment questions.

Do I have to pay anything before work begins?

For an insured claim, yes — your deductible is due at job start. That's typically $1,000 to $2,500 depending on your policy. For uncovered work, we collect a small mobilization deposit (around 10% of estimated scope) so we can secure equipment and crews; the balance is split across your financing plan or paid on completion.

What if I can't pay my deductible right now?

Talk to us before declining service. We have financing partners who can cover the deductible itself, and in most cases the application takes about 5 minutes online with no impact to your credit score for prequalification. We don't want a deductible to be the reason your home stays wet.

What credit score do I need for financing?

Our financing partners work with a wide range of credit profiles. Approval rates are highest above 640, but we have programs that consider applicants with lower scores. Prequalification is a soft pull and won't affect your credit. You'll see your actual offers before deciding to proceed.

What are typical financing terms?

6-, 12-, 18-, and 24-month plans are most common. Qualified applicants often see 0% introductory APR for 6 or 12 months, with standard rates after. Longer terms with fixed payments are available for larger projects. We'll show you the full payment schedule before you sign anything.

Can I use financing alongside my insurance claim?

Absolutely. Insurance covers what your policy says it covers. Financing fills the gap — your deductible, depreciation holdback, code upgrades, betterment, or any work outside your policy's scope. Many of our customers use both, and we can help you stack them.

Is there a prepayment penalty?

No. Our financing partners don't charge for early payoff. If your insurance claim resolves with extra funds, or you come into the money, you can pay the loan off whenever and stop accruing interest immediately.
