1. Website use

This website is provided for informational and business purposes. You may browse, read, and use the contact forms. You may not:

3. Service engagement

Submitting a contact form or calling our line does not create a binding service agreement. A binding contract exists only when you sign our written Authorization to Perform Services or equivalent written agreement. All estimates provided before signing are good-faith preliminary figures subject to on-site assessment.

Once services begin, the terms of your signed authorization control the specific project. Those terms cover scope, pricing, timelines, change orders, payment, warranty, and dispute resolution specific to your restoration work.

4. Insurance billing

When we bill your insurance carrier directly, you remain personally responsible for your deductible and any amounts your carrier denies, underpays, or excludes. We will communicate with your adjuster on your behalf only with your written authorization. Insurance coverage determinations are made by your carrier, not by Eclipse Custom Solutions.

5. Emergency response

Our 60-minute response guarantee applies to standard conditions within our Central Arkansas service area. During severe weather events, multi-casualty emergencies, or when multiple crews are already deployed, response times may be longer. We will always communicate realistic arrival times when you call.

6. Licensing and insurance

Eclipse Custom Solutions is Fully Licensed, Bonded & Insured in the State of Arkansas. Our IICRC certifications are maintained through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Proof of licensing, bonding, insurance, and certification is available on request.

7. Warranty

Warranties on specific restoration work are described in your signed service agreement. General workmanship is warranted for a period specified per project. Warranty claims require written notice and reasonable opportunity for us to inspect and remedy. Warranty does not cover damage caused by factors outside our control (subsequent water events, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of God, etc.).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arkansas law, Eclipse Custom Solutions's total liability for any claim arising out of this website or a service engagement is limited to the amount you paid (or your insurance paid on your behalf) for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
