This includes photos, moisture readings, thermal imaging, scope of work documents, and signed authorization forms. We also collect your insurance carrier, claim number, deductible amount, and adjuster contact information when we bill insurance directly.

When you visit our website. We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer) and set cookies for site functionality and anonymous analytics.

2. How we use information

We use information we collect to:

3. Who we share information with

We share only what is necessary to perform your restoration work. Recipients may include:

We retain project files for a minimum of seven years to comply with Arkansas contractor recordkeeping requirements and to support warranty claims. We retain website analytics data for up to 26 months. You may request deletion of information not required by law or for warranty purposes.
